There’s been a resurgence of traditional black and white film photography as people remember again it’s old fashioned and pure appeal. I hand develop all my films in a local darkroom before printing the original shots.
I have been a photographer now for 4 years having trained in Dublin and now wish to share my prints with others.
On my website you will find various categories including local interest shots, animals and pets, architecture and the more obscure.
At the moment I am revisiting a lot of Northern Ireland’s natural beauty spots and documenting them on film.
You can buy any of my prints online at my website.
I’m also experimenting with hand coloured prints, partially toned and cropped prints and would be more than happy to take requests and photograph some of the Northern Irish people favourite places or sites.
I am more than happy to take part in markets or fairs and will hopefully be organising an expedition soon.
You can also find me on myspace, squidoo, bebo, flickr.
“Please do of these humble offerings partake
A wealth of imagery; of soul's sight.
Dead moments that inspired the eye to awake
To blink its approval, to trap the light
To chemically burn, to brandish this film
With a mortal eye's view of beauty & proof of heaven.”
